We invite you to an exceptional interpretation of the multi-ethnic Dobrogea in the vision of Chef Ileana Braniște, a special guest of La Liman restaurant to delight the guests of the festive opening evening of the "Dobrogene wines and dishes" event! Along with wines from the region - from Crama Histria, Crama Rasova, Domeniul Bogdan and Via Viticola Sarica Niculițel - carefully paired with the aromas and tastes of the gastronomic dishes, we will have a feast of ingredients and recipes from the entire region, presented in a surprising modernist touch :
• chuberek, milk and roe with seaweed powder
• Thick & aromatic crayfish soup
• Pork chop with mussels
• Lamb tenderloins with ripe tomatoes and candied eggplant
• "Dobrogean" with matured cheeses and candied fruits
The evening will be animated by the two organizers of the event, the hosts Cosmin Dragomir and Cezar Ioan, initiators of the steps that led to the establishment by law of a National Day for gastronomy and wines from Romania and organizers of the Regional Congress of Dobrogean Gastronomy that will take place on October 19 in the same location, with the participation of some brand speakers, on topics of interest for the Dobrogean regional brand and with debates about identity gastronomic products and about the methods of their superior valorization.
The price of a ticket is 220 lei. Places are limited, reservations are strongly recommended.
