We are waiting for you at the first brunch of this season, in the courtyard of the Fortified Church in Movile / Hundertbücheln with the following program:
Movile brunch program:

a.) Between 11:00 and 13:00 - Local gastronomy in the courtyard of the fortified church, on the porch of the parish house. With an emphasis on regional specificity, seasonality, authentic recipes, local community involvement and sustainability. See menu below.
b.) Between 13:00 and 15:00 - Discovering the village and its surroundings, exercise after eating. Visit to the fortified church, presentation of the Churchfortress project and hike to the orchard.
c.) Between 15:00 and 17:00 - Workshop for children. For those who want even more exercise, we propose a hike and a bike tour to the mounds, approx. 1 hour on foot, 20 min. by bike.

Transilvanian Brunch is an itinerant project that started in 2008 in the Hârtibaci Valley and is now in its eighteenth season of organization.

The purpose of this charitable event is to support:
a. promoting small villages and their communities
b. consuming seasonal products that come from small local producers
c. preserving natural heritage and protecting built heritage. The entrance ticket already includes a donation to the Fortified Churches Foundation for the care of these historical monuments.
d. spending meaningful free time outdoors. We eat out to support local projects that need our help.
