The Urban Events Association organizes from October 10 to 12, 2025, in the courtyard of the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, between 10:00 and 18:00, the Brumărel Fair. Access is via Monetăriei Street no. 3 and admission is free!
Producers, craftsmen, artists and collectors from all over the country await you with good autumn fruits, with all kinds of objects, handmade, but also with collectibles.
You will be able to bargain for icons painted on wood and carved wooden objects, folk costumes, carpets and ceramics, shirts, ii and fote, folk costumes, jewelry and dolls, toys, natural cosmetics, sacred art, paintings, lavender pillows, decorations, leather goods, decorative objects and all kinds of beautiful things, good to try and bargain for.
Antique dealers and collectors invite you into a special world of objects and stories from the past. You can admire and purchase furniture, old ii, catrințe, carpets, old ceramics, household furniture, peasant tools, porcelain, numismatics, old books, jewelry, gramophones and records, dowry boxes, chests, musical instruments, postcards, books and statuettes.
For food, you can bargain for honey, brandy, wines and palinca, pies and baklava, seasonal fruits and vegetables, pickles, various jams and jellies, kürtős kalács, cheeses and cottage cheese, homemade cakes, fresh must, sărmăluțe, beans rubbed with onion glaze, sour soup with smoke, plums with rice, lamb pastrami and shepherd's pie, all by tasting, as tradition demands at the Peasant Market.
