On Sunday, October 20, we have a special guest in the kitchen - Chef Silviu Adam will prepare a lunch a little different from our traditional menu.
Together we offer you a special culinary experience that will combine our Danube fish with seasonal vegetables and the most refined cooking techniques.
Everything will be accompanied by Dobrogen wines from Caii de la Letea, tasted under the guidance of sommelier Diana Slav.
The menu will include:
Andrew is cold 🐟
🔹 "Boeuf" salad with filet of salou (cooked in infusion of mysterious spices and at the end "brutal roast"), dried hot pepper threads and balsamic vinegar reduction infused with strawberries
🔹 Potato salad with smoked mackerel, dried tomatoes, capers, cucumbers in vinegar and mayonnaise, accompanied by lettuce, Dijon mustard and fresh dill
🔹 Bruschetta with cream cheese, pike roe and lime
Warm entree 🍲
🔹 Fish consomme (clear soup) intensely flavored and served with fresh leustea leaves and natural croutons
Main dish 🥘
🔹 Baked donut filled with "pigulit fish" (catch of the day), rice, seasonal roots, all accompanied by a sauce of roasted peppers, garlic and fresh basil and served together with a baked mamaliga on the stove
Dessert 🍰
🔹 Apple pie and homemade ice cream based on yogurt and orange caviar
**For children we will have our usual junior menu with fish or chicken nuggets and baked potatoes, plus dessert.
💰 Price: 160 lei/full menu.
