GIVEAWAY – Two Years of România Atractivă Celebrated with Surprises for the Community
SECTION 1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
The contest is organized by SC EVENTYA CO SRL, headquartered at 1 Viilor Street, Sibiu, Sibiu County, Romania, legally registered under Trade Registry No.: J32/408/2013, VAT ID: RO31611012, acting as the marketing service provider for the “România Atractivă” program.
SECTION 2. DURATION AND LOCATION
The contest runs from May 15, 2026 to May 20, 2026, 11:59 PM (Romania time), exclusively online, on the official “România Atractivă” Facebook and Instagram pages.
SECTION 3. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all individuals who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
- Are at least 18 years old at the start date of the contest;
- Have their domicile or residence in Romania;
- Own an active Facebook and/or Instagram account;
- Follow all the participation steps outlined in Section 4.
Employees of SC EVENTYA CO SRL, as the provider, and the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, as beneficiary, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate.
SECTION 4. CONTEST MECHANISM
To enter the contest, users must complete the following actions:
On Facebook:
- Follow the official România Atractivă page (https://www.facebook.com/romaniaatractiva);
- Download the “România Atractivă” mobile app (available on Google Play and App Store);
- Publicly share the contest post on their personal Facebook page.
On Instagram:
- Follow the official România Atractivă page (https://www.instagram.com/romania.atractiva/);
- Download the “România Atractivă” mobile app (available on Google Play and App Store);
- Share the contest post in their Instagram story. If the account is public, they must tag @romania.atractiva for validation; if the account is private, they must send a screenshot of the story to @romania.atractiva.
Each participant is allowed one valid entry per platform (Facebook and Instagram). Multiple entries from the same account using fake or non-compliant profiles will lead to disqualification.
Participating on both social media platforms doubles the chances of winning.
SECTION 5. PRIZES
A total of 3 themed “România Atractivă” prize packages will be awarded, each containing:
- 1 x România Atractivă backpack
- 1 x notebook + 1 x pen
- 3 x stickers + 1 x brochure
- 1 x branded umbrella
Estimated total value per package: 300 RON
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
SECTION 6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be randomly selected using an online randomization service (e.g., random.org) from participants who have correctly and fully met all entry conditions.
The draw will take place on May 21, 2026, and winners will be publicly announced on the “România Atractivă” social media pages within 48 hours.
The organizer reserves the right to verify participant eligibility before validating any prize.
SECTION 7. VALIDATION AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES
Winners will be contacted privately (direct message) to provide the necessary delivery details: full name, delivery address, and phone number.
If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner by re-running the draw.
Prizes will be delivered via courier within a maximum of 30 business days from winner validation.
SECTION 8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Participants agree that the personal data provided within the contest will be processed by the organizer solely for contest purposes: winner validation, contact, and prize delivery.
Data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after the campaign ends, after which it will be permanently deleted.
SECTION 9. LIABILITY
The organizer is not responsible for:
- Incomplete or incorrect entries;
- Inability to participate due to technical issues beyond the organizer’s control;
- Fraud or attempted fraud situations.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules, promote offensive content, or use fake accounts.
SECTION 10. FINAL PROVISIONS
By participating in this contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these rules.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules at any time during the contest, with any changes announced عبر official channels.
