About
The Reborn History Association, in partnership with the Arges County Council and the Arges County Museum, organizes during
7 - 8 September a.c., the 4th edition of the Ancient Reconstruction Festival ,,TRANSSALUTANUS FEST. At the gates of the empire ".
The event, which already has a tradition, will take place in the premises of the Roman Jidova fort, a place full of history, the most important defense point on the Transalutanese limes.
The former Roman fort also needs promotion through quality historical reconstruction, which involves the interactive and demonstrative presentation of some revealing aspects of civil and military life from the period of Roman Dacia.
For two days, the times when the barbarian revolts shook the borders of the Roman North-Danube province will be brought back to life in the premises of the former fort.
