The Culinary Chronicles of Transylvania return to the fortress!
On the weekend of July 5–6, Râșnov Citadel becomes a land of forgotten flavors, medieval cooking fires and tastes that tell stories.
Workshops, tastings, craftsmen and old music – all await you within walls full of history.
3 masters of taste, 3 styles, 1 legendary event!
At #CulinaryChronicles2025, we invite you to meet the three chefs who bring flavor and spectacle to the heart of Râșnov Citadel:
👨🍳 Cristian Costescu – chef established on the French Riviera, founder of the Chef LeChat brand. From the award-winning burger in France to medieval feasts in 11th-century monasteries, Cristian brings authentic flavor and a gastronomic show with a Middle Ages scent to Râșnov.
📍 Cannes – La Colle-sur-Loup – Râșnov
🌱 Dana Graura – entrepreneur with 28 years of experience, creator of Casa Terra in Făgăraș, where tradition meets innovation. She started as a farmer and ended up creating authentic culinary experiences, with an emphasis on local, healthy and seasonal products.
📍 Făgăraș – Brașov – Râșnov
🔥 Cristian Păpușoiu – MasterChef finalist, producer of the show “Păpușoiu Style Menus” on TV Paprika. Master of the open-air kitchen and live cooking show, he comes from Pitești with a full cauldron and a ready-made fork.
📍 Pitești – festivals – Râșnov
You will be able to see them cooking live, explaining the recipes, but also sharing the stories and techniques behind their art.
