🌸 Martisor Fair – 16th Edition 🌸
Spring will begin at the Vrancea Cultural Center at the end of February.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Martisor Fair, 16th edition, an event that will take place between February 23 and March 1, 2026, from 09:00 to 18:00, at the Art Galleries in Focsani, Bd. Unirii, No. 57 A.
🎁 Admission will be free, and the atmosphere is announced to be one dedicated to tradition, symbols and the joy of the beginning of spring.
📖 The event will feature the Symposium “The Meaning of Martisor, Symbols, Beliefs and Superstitions”, with Doina Ișfănoni – Associate Professor, as guest. Ph.D. ethnologist, historian and art theorist, expert in goods with ethnographic significance.
📍 Event organized by the Vrancea Cultural Center, in collaboration with the Vrancea Museum and the "Duiliu Zamfirescu" Vrancea County Library, with the support of the Vrancea County Council.
