Fair in the month of Gustar

August, the last month of summer or "Gustar's month", as it is popularly called, is the month when most fruits, vegetables and grains ripen. 🍎 Gustar is an abundance of fruits and tastes, hence the name. Householders collect the harvest of the gardens, prepare the most delicious dishes during this period with such a diverse palette of ingredients, 🍲 some of them are preserved, and others are taken to fairs to be tasted.
This is how we invite you to the fair in the month of Gustar, in 📍 Piața Unirii in Râșnov, Sunday, August 25, starting from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., together with local and surrounding producers, with selected goodies seasonal and not only. 🍯 In the program we have included a wool felting workshop 🧶 with the theme of Gustar's fruits supported by Cristina (Wool Workshop) for children and adults, and because summer is coming to an end, we fondly relive the memories gathered throughout the summer through a cyanotype photo workshop 📷 held by Laurent Jouault dedicated to both children and adults.

We discuss sustainability in the jar, how we preserve food 🫙 to enjoy Gustar's abundance beyond the autumn, together with Giulia and Iulian, part of Colectiva Regenerație (*CoRe) and great enthusiasts of clean eating. After such a healthy discussion, we serve a portion of good spirits, Sugar Free, with Bobi Dumitraș and Bobo Burlăcianu. 🎶 A music and humor show, with comic lyrics, at dusk, in Piata Unirii in Râșnov.
