🍂 Autumn settles down on the streets, over the mountains and orchards, makes its way through the households and gathers each of us closer to each other. The month of October, Brumărel as it is popularly called, announces the first frosts and the approach of winter. 🍇 It's the time when the last fruits are harvested from the fields, from the vineyards, from the gardens, and with such an abundance of agricultural and handicraft products, people hold the last fairs of the year.

🍯 In the past, the fairs organized in Sumedru were well-known, where householders and skilled craftsmen gathered to barter and sell, they were left with stories and the fire of Sumedru 🔥 around which young and old people sat celebrating.

Thinking about how to symbolically include this reason for Sumedru's fire, we found out about the Calara family who organized 2 editions of the Pumpkin Parade at their home, inviting neighbors and relatives to a small event, where the children together with their parents create lanterns from pumpkins. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 This year, Loredana and Ionuț bring the Parade of Pumpkins from their yard, precisely to the Union Square for the third edition and encourage you to give free rein to your imagination, to create artistic pumpkins, not fierce ones, 🎨 pumpkins which you can use as a lantern in autumn evenings.

🍁 We invite you to the autumn fair and the pumpkin parade in Piața Unirii, Râșnov, from October 26, where local producers and creators, but also from the surroundings of Râșnov, are waiting for you to meet them and to end the evening with the wonderful parade of lighted pumpkins.
