Slow Food Buzău organizes the first edition of the "Slow Food Romania Conference".
The event is aimed at both established members and newcomers interested in the Slow Food movement.
It is a perfect opportunity for both seasoned Slow Food enthusiasts and newcomers to connect, exchange experiences and deepen cooperation within Slow Food communities in Romania.

We have created a carefully crafted agenda that includes a wide range of activities, from conference discussions with passionate people about artisanal gastronomy and the concept of Slow Travel, to exploring the UNESCO Geopark. Interspersed with socializing opportunities, the program culminates with a visit to the "Piața Artizanilor" fair, a center of local artisan talents.

Saturday/Sunday 25/26 May: 10.00-18.00: Artisan Market – Slow Food & Gourmet Hub, in Berca (entrance to the UNESCO Geopark Buzăului Land).
