Romanian music concert

We don't know how incorrect it will be to measure the passage of time in degrees, but we try, for the sake of poetry: well over 20 degrees Celsius ago, we were planning music evenings for the Tulcean community during the hardest time of the year - January- February, when everything seems frozen in our cultural life.
As a result, it's time to invite you to an evening of Romanian poetry and music. Here's what awaits you:
