After 7 successful editions in the UNESCO Geopark Ţinutul Buzăului (2023–2025), we bring a concept inspired by the Slow Food Market to the heart of the capital: Piața Artizanilor – the meeting point for all those involved in the Slow Food Movement in Romania, but also for those interested in sustainable agriculture, artisanal food and food education.

Along with the Slow Food Buzău community, exhibitors and guests from all over the country come, including international guests from the Slow Food Albania and Slow Food Moldova communities. 🌍🤝
