📌 Between September 19-21, 2025, the Trade Unions' Culture House in the municipality will host the 5th edition of the International Folklore Festival "Rhythm and Color".
The prestigious artistic event, organized by the Tulcea County Council, the "Jean Bart" Cultural Center, the "Panait Cerna" County Library and the Tulcea Children's Palace, will bring together on the Tulcea stage renowned ensembles from Bulgaria, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of North Macedonia, Egypt, as well as from Tulcea, Olt, Galați and Brǎila counties.
We are waiting for you at a true folk royale, which will take place for all lovers of the genre on each of the three days, starting at 4:00 p.m. 🎼
