Farmer's Market Fair

The Urban Events Association organizes from October 4 to 6, 2024, in the courtyard of the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., the Piața țărănească Fair. Access is via Monetăriei street no. 3 and entry is free!

Dozens of producers, folk craftsmen, artists and collectors from all areas of the country are waiting for you with good autumn fruits, with one-of-a-kind objects, handmade, but also with collectibles.

You will be able to bargain for icons painted on wood and carved wooden objects, folk rugs, carpets and ceramics, shirts, ii and fote, folk costumes from all ethnographic areas of the country, jewelry and dolls, toys, natural cosmetics, sacred art, felted wool, paintings, lavender cushions, leather, glass and metal decorations, leather goods, recycled paper decorations and all sorts of beautiful things, good to sample and bargain.
Antique dealers and collectors invite you to a special world of objects and stories from the past. You can admire and purchase furniture, antiques, rugs, rugs, old pottery, household furniture, country tools, china, numismatics, old books, jewellery, gramophones and records, dowry chests, chests, musical instruments, views, books and statuettes.

From the mouth, you can bargain for honey, brandy, wines and palinka, pies and cozonacs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, pickles, jams and jams of all kinds, kürtős kalács, cheeses and cheeses, homemade cakes, fresh must, vine and cabbage leaves, mashed beans with onion glaze, sour soup with smoked meat, plums with rice, lamb pastrami and shepherd's pie, all to be tasted, as tradition demands at the Farmer's Market.
