🍽 What we put on the table:
•Sausage tasting and other tapas from the pantry, local goat and buffalo cheeses, bulgur salad with parsley and pomegranate
•Kugli cream accompanied by other root vegetables, homemade bread with onions
•Ossobuco with mashed sweet potatoes and parsnips, pickled kohlrabi and carrots
•Transylvanian apple pie with vanilla and cinnamon sauce
•As an opener or digestif: afinata / palinca or other homemade liqueurs
